About Me
Dearbhla has been in education training and guidance since1991. She is passionate about people finding their purpose and staying true to their passions in life.
Over the years she noticed in herself how she misplaced so much time and talent as she didn't know the work she was born to do.
Over time having completed a B.A. Degree and a Masters Degree and having focused on mastering the Japanese language. However during her time teaching she found that her energy was at it highest when helping and guiding young people.
9 years ago she began her journey learning guidance techniques and way to help people uncover their true life purpose. Dearbhla has helped thousands of people see their potentiality, recognise their skills and true value and identify their dream career.
What makes Dearbhla stand out is that she has worked in Secondary Schools with Monaghan VEC, in Adult Education with Donegal VEC and is now a part time Careers Advisor in Trinity College Dublin. Therefore, she understands the various issues and concerns at play throughout the various life stages.
Dearbhla uses a mixture of life coaching, NLP techniques guidance and counselling in order to give people practical solutions in order to achieve their excellence.
She feels honoured and privileged to work together with people in realising their dreams. What makes Dearbhla stand apart is her flexibility in dealing with people uniqueness regardless of background, ability, confidence levels and ages.
Qualifications
Dearbhla holds a BA Hons, MA Hons and a Higher Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from UCD, 2000. She holds qualifications in Life and Business Coaching, NLP and Creative Facilitation. Also, she holds testing qualifications at Level A and B from the BPS, the testing authority in Britain.
