These sessions are designed to help people discover their life purpose and move towards work they love to do. Career coaching will provide you with focused support and encouragement that will make a difference by:
- Identifying your skills, talents and interests
- Clarifying what matters most to you
- Exploring unlived dreams and accessing your potential
- Uncovering opportunities
- Addressing any limitations which are perceived or real
- Developing a winning action plan
Career Coaching For Teens
These sessions are designed to motivate teenagers and identify their ideal future career. These sessions will engage and focus teenagers by:
- Affirming and uncovering their talents and skills
- Highlighting their passions and interests
- Identifying their personality types through testing and matching it to the world of work
- Looking at the effectiveness of their set of behaviours, organisation and motivation around school and learning in the context of their goals
- Developing a realistic action plan regarding subject choice, work experience, course and college choice in accordance with their stage at school
- Please note that these sessions are followed by a briefing outlining the results and set of outcomes with the parent and teenager. During these discussions the expertise of the parent and the knowledge they have about their child's personality is welcomed
